FinMin : the euro`s strenge versus the dollar is a burden for exporters, but German exports in October reached their highest level in the entire year, imports fell. Germany exited its deepest post-war recession in the 2 quarter, when GDP expanded by 0.4% and then by 0.7% in 3 quarter.
Dubai World offers creditors no plan on $22 bln. debt delay. A $10 bln. Lifeline from wealthier neighbour Abu Dhabi last week-the third this year – helped Dubai stave off default on a $4.1 bln Ilamic bond from Nakheel and provided enough funds to service debts until April.
European Commision: the euro is overvalued and its further appreciation could hurt the more open eco in the euro area. Belgium, Finland,Ireland,Netherlands and Slovakia are considered more reliant on trade and foreign investment than France,Italy,Portugal and Greece .

Number the number of EU people with jobs fell by 712k in the 3q to 144.8 mln., in the whole of the 27-nation EU-27 employment fell by 1.019 mln. to 221.6 mln.
In November US jobless rate inched down to 10% (-11k) from oct 10.2% (-111k) marking a major improvement from the beginning of the year when the country was seeing jobs disappear ata rate of 700k a month.

Stronger U.S. GDP seen in 2010 – survey. The U.S. economy should expand 2.7 pct next year. The economy grew at a 3.5 pct annual rate in the third quarter after contructing in five out of the prior six quarters. The jobless rate jumped to a 26-1/2 year high of 10.2 pct in October.
Fitch: UK AAA credit rating at risk over debt. Pound down more than a cent after warning. No near term risk to U.S. AAA rating. Germanys AAA rating most secure now.
