CREDIT TRANSACTIONS
- Bank's credit department through analysis credits the business plans submitted by clients to the Bank.
- The Bank provides economic consultations in relation to its activities.
Selection of projects for crediting is realized on the base of criteria system. First, financial ratios characterizing profitability of the project, payback period and risk are calculated. All ratios are calculated with consideration of time factor and inflation. All projects passing initial stage of selection are estimated on the base of other criteria:
- accordance to legislation
- public importance of the project
- effect on bank image
- accordance to bank financial opportunities
- market potential of created product
- ecological compatibility and security of the project
- scientific and technical criteria
- production criteria
Taking the project into consideration bank is responsible for non-disclosure and provides that this project will not be used in private goals of the bank.
