ACCOUNT OPENING DOCUMENTATION
All legal persons, and physical persons engaging in ownership activity without founding any legal entity should present the following documents to "Gunay Bank" JSB to open each new, and additional settlement account.
- Application stating the number of currently opening account;
- Original or notarially attested copy of any Charter (Regulations) duly registered by relevant public registration authorities;
- Notarially attested copy of any certificates of legal person's public registration at authorities of justice, and of proprietary physical person's registration in relevant State Tax Inspectorate;
- Copy of Foundation Agreement (in the case of opening an interim settlement account only for joint stock and limited liability companies);
- Resolution (order decree) of the competent authorities in relation to foundation, or reorganization of unincorporated companies;
- Notarially certified copy of entities public registration in statistical authorities;
- Original of Advise Duplicate stating the taxpayers' identification number (for each account);
- State Social Defense Fund notice (every case);
- Card with specimen of signature and seal.
